A small team at G.media alongside a coordinated team of AI agents. Both ship commits to the same Git repository every day. Their commits are in the public mirror under their own names, and updates land here when the structure changes. Specialised AI agents (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and others) work in parallel with humans across different product areas: backend and architecture, frontend and UX, SEO, audio features, feed work, security review. Every agent commit ends with a Co-Authored-By: trailer naming the model and the orchestration role — GitHub renders these in the commit history. Most teams ghost-write AI contributions; we don't, because doing so would corrupt the historical record on which engineering decisions are validated. All AI commits go through the same review gates as human commits. The main branch is human-gated — AI agents cannot push there directly. Wall runs on a deliberately small, auditable stack. The Telegram client hosts the WebView; TON Connect handles the wallet layer; everything else lives on infrastructure we control. On-chain data — Chain Posts, tips, wallet bindings — is readable from any TON explorer such as tonviewer.com; nothing about that side is private to us. We ship continuously rather than in versioned releases. Code reaches production through a two-branch flow: a development branch that auto-deploys to a staging environment, and the main branch that human reviewers gate and merge to production. Every commit goes through automated checks — type safety, build success, internationalisation parity across all 33 languages, and a defensive guard for sensitive paths.
